- 10 km = $65 + 2.85 pr KM Above 10 Km 

- 20 km = $85 + 2.85 pr KM Above 20 Km

- 30 km = $108 + 2.85 pr KM Above 30 Km

- 40 km = $135 + 2.85 pr KM Above 40 Km

- 50 km = $160 + 2.85 pr KM Above 50 Km

$55 Cancellation/ No Show (If the notice is given less than one hour prior)

Should the customer cause a delay of more than ten minutes at the pick-up, a fee of $2 per minute will be assessed.
